1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReviewMyContract (available at reviewmycontract.ai and related subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Laniakea Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
ReviewMyContract provides an AI-powered contract analysis tool that processes the text of business contracts, freelance agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, and other commercial documents submitted by users. The service identifies potentially problematic or one-sided clauses, summarizes key terms in plain English, highlights missing protections, and provides general information about common contract standards and negotiation considerations.
The analysis provided by ReviewMyContract is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney. We make no representation that the analysis is complete, accurate, or current with respect to the laws of any particular jurisdiction.
The service also offers a free "Contract Score" feature that provides a high-level risk assessment of a submitted contract without a full paid analysis. The Contract Score is similarly informational in nature and does not constitute legal advice.
3. User Obligations
By using ReviewMyContract, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Submit only contract or agreement text for which you have a legitimate personal or business purpose to review.
- Not submit documents containing malicious code, scripts, or content designed to compromise the service.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data or functionality from the service through automated means.
- Not use the service to transmit spam, phishing content, or any content that infringes the rights of others.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Not use the service if you are under 13 years of age.
- Not submit documents that you are not authorized to review (e.g., confidential third-party agreements you have no right to disclose).
4. Payment Terms
Full contract analysis is available for a one-time fee of $4.99 per review. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information.
Payment is required before the full analysis is delivered. Once you complete payment and the analysis has been generated and displayed, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds for completed analyses, as the service is fully delivered at the time of payment. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your analysis, please contact us at support@reviewmycontract.ai and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any contract or document text you submit to ReviewMyContract. We do not claim any rights to your documents.
The ReviewMyContract platform, including its design, software, analysis methodology, branding, written content, and all other materials (collectively, the "Platform"), is owned by Laniakea Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The analysis output generated for your contract is provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit analysis outputs without permission.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Important Notice
- ReviewMyContract uses artificial intelligence to analyze contract text. AI analysis has inherent limitations and may produce errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
- The analysis is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Laniakea Technologies or any of its employees or contractors.
- The analysis should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business or legal decision. You should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice specific to your situation.
- We make no guarantee that the analysis accurately reflects the laws of any particular state or jurisdiction, or that the analysis is complete. Laws change, and AI models may not reflect the most recent legal developments.
- Identifying a clause as a "red flag" or noting that a term is unusual or one-sided does not constitute a legal determination. Enforceability of contract terms depends on many factors and ultimately may require a court ruling.
- Contract law varies significantly by jurisdiction, industry, and context. The analysis is general in nature and may not account for norms specific to your industry, location, or the nature of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANIAKEA TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10.00.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a manner that is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties.
Because ReviewMyContract does not require account creation, "termination" primarily means blocking access to the service from your device or network. We may also refuse to process payment or deliver analysis in cases of suspected abuse.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laniakea Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
